My approach to estate planning is somewhat different from other law firms.
The biggest difference is that I come to your home where you are comfortable and where all of your documents and information is located.
When we sit down for the first time, we will review together your previously completed Estate Planning Questionnaire. The answers to the Estate Planning Questionnaire will create an outline of your family and financial situation, your assets, and what you consider most important to protect in your estate plan.
Together, we will clarify your concerns and goals and talk about what you want in your estate plan.
Based upon the results of this first meeting, we will agree upon an appropriate plan that achieves your goals. At that time, I will let you know exactly what the plan will cost.
All work is based upon a fixed fee basis and there will not be any surprise costs.
